As far as an appetite suppression, I have noticed a decrease in my appetite. And I lost 3 pounds in a week. Now, I walk 15,000 steps a day at work so that and less eating help for sure. OH MY GOSH! I don’t know exactly how much weight I’ve lost, I haven’t checked yet BUT: I’ve been in these pills for about a week now and my appetite is almost completely gone! I wanted something that was gonna take the good noise away and this did it! I have to force myself to eat something or else I’ll forget. I can’t speak on the energy part though. I haven’t really noticed my energy change but I have been sleeping SO WELL! It doesn’t upset my stomach or make me nauseous or anything. I will say going to the bathroom has been amazing! Maybe that’s tmi?… but if you struggle in that area, this is for you! I will definitely be buying more when I run out!
