Have toyota rav4 v6 2010 will it fit? Tks

If you have doubts, measure out the dimensions of this cooler and make a cardboard cut out of the size. Test fit the physical size in the area you'll be mounting at. Make sure you buy/make some brackets that you'll have to to mount it with.

If this cooler has a 160 degree bipass, how do you fill it with fluid, do you have to wait until it gets hot and then it drains the oil out the trans?

That’s actually the best way to ensure all the air is out and the fluid is flowing normally

Is this cooler good enough to bypass the radiator, or this needs to go thru the radiator then to this cooler?

No it's not u must continue threw radiator

what tempature is the bipass set at and can it be removed?

According to Hayden, bypass valve opens at 160 degrees, and bypass is built in. If you don't need a bypass, order different model that doesn't have one.
