I find that if I wear a collared shirt I go ahead and put them on because they do work and help. I would say that they don’t always have as drastic of an improvement as the product description depicts, but they definitely improve the overall appearance of the collar. Also, the product I received came with those little plastic collar stays which was a nice bonus and helps too. My other concern was concealment and whether they would stay out of sight throughout the day. Well, they do stay pretty well hidden almost all the time. Again, this is an area where some collars perform better than others. I have some shirts that it will eventually show in some way or another. Then on the flip side I have shirts that have never had an issue and when I go to do my laundry the collar device is still there!
