I’ve bought this before but couldn’t remember whether I got select comfort or dura comfort. So I ordered both, and you can see my older one was a dura comfort with circular sliders (about eight months old) sorry. Anyways, I’m using select comfort right now. It’s smaller than dura, and only slides back and forth. No swivel up and down. Both are nice and small in the sense that you can still kind of talk with them in. Better than the expensive molded dentist one that I had made for $200+ years ago. I like how minimal these are, easy to store, easy to clean, and does a good job of preventing my teeth from grinding. I try to remember “lips together teeth apart” when I fall asleep as they suggest in the directions. : ) good luck!

I use this nightly. It’s the only mouthpiece that stays in and protects me from grinding my teeth and biting my tongue the majority of the time. I am a repeat buyer with this one. I chew it up and have to get anew one for each week but I do this to all Mouthpieces. I require a sturdy mouthpiece. This is the best I have found that is comfortable and adjustable as well. It has a moveable hinge on each side. I highly recommend. - oh and all you have to do is wash it and start using. There isn’t any boiling and all of that stuff.

Was very excited to try this one as I have spent lots of $ looking for a good fit for my mouth. As soon as I opened I noticed it had a slight curve to the guard, should have put back in the box and sent it back, instead I tried it to see if it would fit, because of that curse in the product itself it continued to pop out on the opposite side , once I would get it in I would have to clench my jaw to hold it in place, which I’m trying to avoid. Since I put it in my mouth I am not our the the money spent.

This has been my favorite night guard I’ve tried so far. I usually struggle with guards that feel bulky or uncomfortable, but this one is much thinner and easy to wear while sleeping. It works very well for my clenching and has helped protect my teeth. I’ve noticed a real improvement since using it. I’m waking up with fewer headaches and no jaw pain, which has made a big difference in my mornings. The only drawback is that it does wear down relatively quickly. This may be due to the severity of my clenching rather than the quality of the guard. Overall, it’s comfortable, effective, and has provided noticeable relief.

I am trying different products to help me with my clenching and teeth grinding. I am trying to avoid paying $500 for a mouth guard from the dentist. First I had tried a classic boil and bite mouth guard, which worked well except I’m a total mouth breather at night and it blocked my air flow. This was the next thing I tried. Keep in mind, this is a cheap option and it’s not customized, so I already knew it wouldn’t be totally perfect. It’s definitely small, and the adjustment doesn’t really make it much bigger. I’d say it is just barely big enough to work for me at the biggest adjustment, I’m a woman in my 30s with a somewhat big head/jaw. At first it seemed really flimsy and I felt like there was no way it would stay in place or be comfortable. The instructions say to let it sit in your mouth for a bit so your body temp heats it up and makes it flex. I decided to pop it in and see if it would be comfortable while I was just hanging out in the day time. It definitely got more comfortable after being in my mouth for a big, and seemed to mold to my mouth a little bit. I’m excited to sleep with it tonight to see if it stays all night. Though it’s not perfect, I don’t necessarily regret trying it. A customized mouth guard would likely be more comfortable, but it would be 25x the cost of this product. Worth trying if you’re looking for a budget solution.
