My first time purchasing powdered vinegar. This was right on the money. I was hoping to make salt and vinegar - well, everything - for the family at home. Works perfectly for everything. I put it on fries when I'm making them in the air fryer, on popcorn, in deviled eggs, and pretty much on anything and everything where I need a little more 'tang. No need for me to try any other product, this does the trick for me. Tastes great. Quality container, and the price is right.

Seems the vinegar is bound to some kind of food starch, I think this is contributing a bit of a sweetness. Works fine on popcorn.

This is exactly what I was looking for to make everything salt and vinegar! It does not disappoint. I used to just soak things in white vinegar and then roast them with salt. Now I finish it with this and it's perfect. Many are having fits that this isn't just white vinegar. If it was just white vinegar, it would be liquid. You have to have a powder to absorb it to make it a powder. This is probably as close as you can get without using liquid white vinegar.
