This is an all glass syringe and the only issue i have is the plunger doesn't stay in place after filling itFirst time I used it because I had it filled all the way everything came right out cause the plunger didn't stay in place. Also you don't want to hold by the plunger after filling cause of the plunger not staying in place the bottom part of it came off as the plunger stayed in my hand.
