It’s changed the texture of my hair a little. My hair has more waves, and so much more manageable. It has a great smell too!! I love it!!

I've been using this product for 1 month and I have seen significantly less hair shedding. A few other factors, I have been using rogaine with this product but I was using rogaine for a month and a half and that alone did NOT stop my shedding. That being said, I used the shampoo and conditioner as per the instructions on the label and noticed less shedding within the first 2 weeks. I dont know if it was this shampoo/conditioner that made my hair stop falling out, or the combo of rogaine and this product, or maybe the phase of shedding ran its course and was done. Either way, my shedding stopped while using this product so I will continue to buy. The comments about this product smelling awful seemed exaggerated to me. It does smell like baby power. The conditioner is much more scented than the shampoo. I always add a leave in to my hair which makes any lingering scents of the shampoo/conditioner disappear. This product DOES make your hair dry out. I have curly hair (3b/3c) and I have noticed my hair is dryer and the curls aren't as curly. But I'd rather have dry hair than no hair. So if you use bleach on your hair, this will definitely make the dryness worse. I have not colored my hair in months and plan to do minimal processing to my hair (no colors or straightening).

I like that my hair feels clean shiny and not so dead. The smell is good nothing garlic like at all. I don’t typically wash my hair every day it used to be every other day but this shampoo I feel like I can push it 3 days which is great. I used to have slightly oily hair but during the winter seasons it gets ridiculously dry this shampoo and conditioner feel like it has revived my hair. I will repurchase again and keep these in my hair care rotation. I have recommended it to friends and coworkers because I believe it works I still have shedding but not too bad. I also incorporated vitamins and hair masks so that may have helped.

So, since I spent over an hour looking for information on this I thought I’d share. I started using this product a few months ago, mostly because I saw a blog about it on Pinterest. After a month or so I started getting compliments on my hair... but it turned out I was pregnant.... was... I hadn’t thought of it until after the miscarriage but I tried to find the primary ingredients and all I could find online was that “garlic extract” was the primary one. But I found the bottle and looked. It’s the fifth ingredient right after Castor Oil. Now castor oil is great for hair, eyelashes, nails.... but apparently It can stall fetal development and cause miscarriages. Toward the end of pregnancy it can induce labor. A quick google search can confirm this. I hadn’t looked up any of the other ingredients as well. Now, I could be wrong. It could be unrelated. My doctor says they don’t know what happened, but I’m a little angry I couldn’t find this information and that there’s no warning. So, now that it’s said and done, my hair is thinner than ever. I don’t think it’s done anything but cause problems. So, if you’re pregnant, I would avoid this brand.

Post Covid hair was real and my hair was falling off and thinning. I came across this shampoo and condition. After a year of use, my hair is back full and strong. If you can get over the smell. My hair was so weak and thin, a smell was not going to stop me.

For now, I'm giving it three stars. I know I need to give it time to see if it works.The biggest thing I want people who are looking at this shampoo to know, it that is most definitely NOT unscented. I have to wonder if the company's interpretation of unscented is that it doesn't smell like garlic. I didn't smell garlic at all, but the smell is horrendous! It is a heavy, cheap floral smell. I used both the shampoo and conditioner and I gave myself a headache smelling this scent on me for the rest of the day. It got to the point where I could taste it. Yuck! I used the shampoo by itself and my own conditioner and it wasn't nearly as bad. I can tolerate that combination.**Edit** - Nope, I couldn't tolerate the heavy nauseating floral smell. It is that overwhelming. I threw them away and just rode it out. My hair recovered and I'm back to my normal.I will review further after giving it time to see if it does what it's supposed to do with preventing hair from falling out.
