すごくよく切れます。
何センチの牛刀にするか迷いましたが、20cmでベストでした。それより少し小さな三徳包丁を使ってましたが、出番がなくなりました。また、今度は短めが欲しいと思って、スーパーで売ってるような安めのフルーツナイフを買って使ってみたら、あまりにも切れないのでビックリ。比べると確かに違います。
