When I bought my Glow 2'x3' softbox, one of the snaps kept coming undone from the start. After a while I got pretty annoyed and used a safety pin to hold it in place. I don't know why Glow insists on using these damn snaps and are not using velcro yet, which is MUCH more reliable. **Q: 28" or 38" parabolic softbox? That is the question.
