Cumple las expectativas, buen precio

The tv works perfectly; it was NOT difficult to set up even though I'm a first time Smart tv customer and a little behind technology. Adrian, the driver, was very friendly. That said though, Adrian somehow didn't realize it was a Smart tv he was delivering until we mentioned it. **The whole side of the box says "GOOGLE 40' SMART TV". Thanks for the tv. It's going to be a lot of fun.

I’ve never a had a worst experience with any other purchase than with this one. I got it in August and end of October it started glitching like crazy, it would either show an error right when I turn it on or will glitch and take me out of all of my accounts out of nowhere, later on it started flashing and turning it off itself. It was incredibly difficult to get in touch with the manufacturer and the communication started on Nov 5th and since then it’s been almost daily emails asking for evidence, reports, videos, etc… over and over again and giving the fabulous solution of unplug it and plug it again, which I’ve done numerous times and solves the issue for couple of days and then fails again. I’ve had faulty appliances before and everytime the response has been to send me a new product since the orginal one turn into trash basically but not with these guys, their solution was for me to buy it again and if they decide it’s faulty (even though I’ve shared a lot of evidence) then they will reimburse me. It was either that or look somewhere for a box like theirs which will take me god knows how much time and buy it on my dime and ship it to them or an insulting 15% (like $25) for “goodwill” Needless to say I’m not giving this company a single dollar and you shouldn’t either.
