This rug has exceeded my expectations, as I’ve ordered several over the years and I am usually disappointed. {It’s hard buying certain things online — without being able to touch it or test it, you know !?} But this rug is a WINNER !!It is thick, soft, fluffy, and a true bright white. The back is thick and solid too; although we have a king bed and bench on it, I doubt it would move much, even on wood floors. I had initially considered a separate pad underneath, but I’m glad I didn’t get one, because it doesn’t need it.It’s easy to maintain (SLIGHTLY tough to vacuum because it’s such a high pile, but I really mean very slightly — and it doesn’t suck up or rip out any of the fibers). It does not shed. It does not smell. It is beautiful. Excellent quality. Great value. It is exactly what I was looking for, and it is truly one of the nicest rugs I’ve ever owned. I’m even considering a second one for the family room!

I bought the beige. It’s a khaki beige.. it’s plush… looks thicker online but it’s a really nice full shag rug! There is a chemical odor.. I sprayed woolite carpet cleaner ( foam) let sit for 20 minutes ran my vacuum over it on high rug pile setting then I sprayed Lysol after it dried… opened my window for a couple hours smell was gone. Makes my room look plush.

It’s just gorgeous and my dogs love lying down underneath the table!

Beautiful, soft rug. Exactly what I wanted. My bunny accidentally peed on it and I was able to easily get it out using Resolve.

I originally wrote a negative review for this rug because I received the rug with a gray stripe across the width of the rug. I had wanted a pure white rug, not one with gray fibers in it.But, I have changed my review to 4 stars. I returned the rug and a new pure white one - no gray stripes - arrived. The rug is very nice - cushy, warm, white. I only gave 4 stars because it was a bit of a hassle to return. When I got the rug originally, I cut through the plastic wrapping. In order to return it, I had to buy plastic wrap and, of course, wrap it up and haul it out onto the driveway to be picked up. But, the return was processed quickly and the new rug arrived within two days (I think) of putting in for the return.I like Safavieh and will continue to buy their rugs.

I purchased the “SAFAVIEH Polar Shag Collection Area Rug - 10’ X 14', White, Solid Glam Design, Non-Shedding & Easy Care, 3-inch Thick Ideal for High Traffic Areas in Living Room, Bedroom” to be exact.I absolutely LOVE this rug. As soon as I got a glimpse of it when I started to open the packaging, I could see right away it was a good quality.I don’t know about “non-shedding” considering it shead while I was unpacking it. But I guess we will see in coming months. I bought it for my master bedroom. I would not recommend it if you have pets who shed though. You will never get the fir out. I have two Wolfhounds who shed 364 days a year but they aren’t allowed in my bedroom which is why I splurged. Although I will say, I didn’t pay much for such a quality rug. I noticed the price did go up since I purchased mine.I only gave it 3 stars due to the filth I sadly discovered around the edges of the rug. I didn’t notice it at first because I was so busy struggling with just trying to unpack it and getting it laid out. It’s a very heavy rug. But it’s almost brown in spots. My best guess is it happened while being packaged because it was sealed up very well when I received it. My house is brand new so I know for a fact it didn’t happen while I was unpacking it. You can see the damage in the pictures and video I uploaded along with the beauty of the rug. The pictures were taken right after I got it laid out so that it why you see a seem in it from where it was folded.I wont take away how beautiful it is due to what i think might be faulty packaging. But sadly I am not sure how the heck I’m supposed to go about returning such a large and heavy item. I don’t even know if I can get it in my car or how I’m supposed to repackage it.I don’t even see it in the store for replacement on Amazon now. :(I’ll have to update my review at a later date to let you know the outcome for your reference.

Gosh, I LOVE this rug! Beautiful and soft - no smell, flat right way... I had to add 3 small carpet tape pieces so it would not slide on the floor. I was fretting about a bathroom rug for weeks on end. I had a round black flokati in there that was impossible to clean - plus you could see every single white speck.... so happy I went with the silver one. We already have Safavieh rugs and I'm happy with each one - downstairs we have a long hair dark navy rug that has been gorgeous now for years - grandkids, dog, right in the center of the house. You'll love it!!! It's not a bluish but a warm grey - the pictures are looking too warm, though - it's a true grey.

Absolute disappointment. Carpet pile very thin. Carpet length not 3 inches as mentioned. Returned said product on August 30th,2023. Received notification from Post Office that it was retuned with signed signature of receipt. As of today September 12,2023 I have not receive my credit.

The texture and quality of this carpet is beautiful but the chemical smell is absolutely terrible unfortunately...it is going to cost me $80 to get it cleaned professionally so I think I have to return it. Very disappointed that I have to go through all this trouble for something I really liked.

Great price. Good quality. Can’t go wrong with this area rug!

他のレビューにもある通り重油みたいな匂いキツいすね。ただ2日外に干したらギリ許容範囲になりました。とにかくふっかふかです。ふかふか過ぎて10円落としたら消える因みにセールで1番デカいサイズ2999円で買えました。価格変動激しいんで気になる方はリストに入れてチェックした方が良さげです

色も質もすごく良いのですが、確かに嫌な臭いがします。そして、何より密閉された梱包ですが、開けたらシミ?とかいう、ゴキに似た尻尾が長い気持ち悪い虫が出てきて絶叫でした。殺虫剤をして干しています。お気をつけください。
