Samsung Original S-Pen Stylus for Galaxy Note 9 - Black

This first Samsung Galaxy Note 9 S-pen that arrived didn't work properly!Rather than jump here to write a scathing review about my discontent and the poor quality of the product.I contacted the seller first explaining that this product didn't work as it was intended.I gave them the opportunity to assist me with this issue. They didn't disappoint!They went above and beyond to make everything right.I was sent a replacement S-pen that works perfectly. The buttons are stiffer than my 5 year old one which will take a while to get use to, the tip has no lag and it works at different angles just like my old one did, the phone linked with it quickly.We buyers must inform sellers first that there is an issue with the product before writing a review!We can't review a product fairly if there is an issue with it.I am very grateful to have had a stress free experience with this seller.Thank you for your 5 star customer service!

HelloIf you are considering cheaper alternatives - do not!Amazon offers a decent price for this Genuine Samsung S-PenI had cheaper alternative stylus and must say that they only look similar to this one.this generation of S pens have really nice, soft tip that alternative products don't (usually harder).If you want to pair it with your phone - you must use genuine Samsung S-pen with Bluetooth functionality.Alternatives cannot be used as presentations clicker, remote, remote camera functions etc.Thus, do not hesitate if your old Note 9 S Pen broke or you have lost it and go for this one - it is an original Samsung product (no need to go for over priced other sellers nor for cheaper no Bluetooth, not original alternatives)Hope the feedback helped.

Ordered this when i lost my original pen, i was a little worried it wouldn't be a genuine pen after reading some reviews on silimar ones but when it arrived i was pleasantly surprised, it clearly is genuine when compared to my mums original pen from her phone it is the exact same, i have had it for around 3 months now and use it multiple times daily and have had no issues with it, you even get two replacement tips inside the box also.

so i recently broke my pen that came with my phone i knelt on it by accident i actually went on Samsungs proper site to see if i could order a replacement form them they were sold out but they did have a where to buy button and it linked right to this items page and it was £14 cheaper than buying via Samsungs own website it arrived in official boxing with replacement pen nibs and nib remove that look identical to what i received with my phone when i first got it it fits perfectly and connected within about a minute of it being inside the phone would highly recommend this

I bought this to replace a snapped s-pen. Although there was no info about delivery, my new s-pen arrived the day after I ordered it. There were no pairing instructions in the box but the info to do this is easily found online and pairing was instant. For peace of mind I bought this official s-pen rather than one of the cheaper copies. I'm happy on this basis but do wonder a bit at the difference in price....

Its a good pen but for the price seemed alittle high
