can you use this for just argb strips or just argb case fans?

Dear customer, it maybe could be workable theoretically, but we didn't use on strips before.

You will need a FAN/RGB hub! This one will only power up the fans

My case does not have an rgb or argb header on it will this run my argb fans? Right now they are hooked to the 3 pin and just run but no color.
