I like this product. I use it every day for 20 minutes. I have hot pins and needles in my feet (I am not diabetic.) and this has helped. I would give this 5 stars but the left leg doesn't heat up. not a problem for me as I didn't know it had heat when I ordered it. It compresses and that's the reason I got it so I'm not returning.

It's a good product. I was hoping it would massage my feet, though. There's no actual massage, but it improves blood circulation by applying and releasing pressure. Overall, it's good.
