I’d been searching for a clean protein powder that wouldn’t cause bloating and came across this brand. Honestly, at this price point, I didn’t expect much, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. It’s better than I imagined, and I have no idea how they offer this quality for the cost. The protein is super clean with minimal ingredients, unflavored, and easy to mix into smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal. It’s third party tested and, best of all, it digests easily with zero bloating. I love this protein powder because of its versatility. I'm able to mix it with my oatmeal, smoothie, put in my pancakes, cook with it, literally anything, and most importantly it doesn't have a weird after taste. I also do love how it digests really well that way I can take it before my workout and not feel full. Love this product ! :-)

This whey isolate is super clean — mixes easily and has no weird taste and does not cause me to feel bloated. I blend it into my smoothies for extra protein and it does not change the flavor. Sometimes I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk (suggested in the directions) if I'm in a hurry.

3.0 Grams of Leucine !This whey protein isolate has 3.0 grams of leucine per serving. Seems a bit higher than others I’ve looked at, but I know the extra leucine can better trigger mps (muscle protein synthesis). Mixes smoothly also.
