Had some issues with setting this phone us but finally was able to get it setup but still having one problem. Seems to be a problem with the antenna. I'll have full signal then it just cuts out then a few minutes later the signal returns. I can't rely on the phone to keep it's signal to make calls. I only use it currently for texting and even then it gives me trouble sometimes when the signal drops out. I'll have to request an exchange here soon and hope that resolves the problem.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was as shown however I ordered blue and got purple. The reason I got the blue is because I have boys. Now they’re stuck with a purple phone.

This phone is great, BUT--when I tried to get a SIM card using the IMEI number, the carriers said the phone was not compatible (this was with multiple carriers). However, I went to Best Buy, bought a SIM card (Mint Mobile) and that worked okay. A few things were a bit wonky at first, but now the phone is set up. So 5 stars for the phone, 2 stars for setting up as the IMEI number was listed as incompatible, but actually was. And since there is no customer support that I could find, you are on your own.
