So, I’ve been taking mushrooms consistently for a couple years now. I’ve been using host defense brand. However, I came across these and figured I’d try the whole set. I’m usually a little skeptical with supplements and their quality. Although their packaging appears to be quality and it does look nice, the toxic smell of the whole package when opened was very off putting. It had a very strong smell which gave me a bad impression. As I looked at the labels on the bottle, they seem to be inconsistent with what they claim online. There’s no stamp of any kind stating that they are organic or third party tested. There’s no direction for dosage nor any measurement markers on the droppers to mark 2 ml (which is the serving size). There is not much info about their products either. For instance, Host defense mentions where they farm/receive the mushrooms from. Host defense uses the whole mushroom and mycelium, which is where most of the benefits come from. I also question it because the label states it has a high volume of alcohol, which I do not taste at all. Maybe it’s just my set I received, but I wouldn’t say that this product tastes concentrated as it also states on website. Nor does the website have any certified stamps of their claims. I could appreciate the packaging and its presentation but I’m unsure how I feel about the product. I do like the gummies, however. The tinctures can be hard to stomach. From the smell to labeling and lack of certified stamps of their quality claims, I probably won’t buy again.

So far I’ve tried Reishi+ and Lion’s Mane+ and I haven’t had any negative reactions. I’ve been sleeping pretty well at night. As I usually wake up 3x a night but I’ve only been waking up once since trying these. So it seems to be effective although extracts affect everyone differently. As far as taste I’d suggest you chase it with something delicious because they taste earthy mushroomy and in my opinion not so great! They leave a weird aftertaste as well. Each bottle is individually sealed and clearly labeled with an expiration date on the bottom. There are no measurement markings on the dropper to measure the serving size. It just states a serving is 2ml (64 drops). I’d prefer to be able to measure exactly than to rely on drops. Servings per container is 15. Three of mine expire in 12 months and the other three in 15 months, so you can tell everything is fresh. Whether you’re shopping for yourself or a health conscious friend this set is absolutely worth it! I do think it’s a little pricey but that’s just my opinion.

The Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps help with clean energy and mental clarity, while Reishi and Chaga are great for winding down. The drops are easy to use, and I like that each mushroom is separate so I can customize based on how I feel. The gummies are a nice bonus—they taste good and fit well into my routine. Great option for natural support without caffeine.

Wow! No where on the amazon page does it say this has 24% alcohol. Its like taking a shot. It burns going down, leaves a terrible after taste. I'm not a drinker, I dont like drinks that even taste like alcohol. My husband has 20 yrs of sobriety. He was excited to try this. Thank God I tried it first!! I was absolutely in shock. I immediately said "it taste like alcohol" after the first dropper. I shook the bottle before the second dropper and it was no better. Fyi, not all droppers even have measurements on them and the gimmies are all stuck together. I'll keep the gummies and throw the rest of this out. Shame on them and amazon for not even showing the ingredients of 24% alcohol. Kudos to them on the insanely nice black box packaging and insert for saying what time of day to take which droppers. If you like drinks shots go ahead take it straight. If not put it in a smoothie. If you have any one underage or in soberity skip this.
