Everyone should get a Toto and washlet. This is a really high quality product for getting into this new type of toilet. It looks super sharp and works perfectly. Has a very easy control for washing and drying. The washlet C200 is priced very well if you want a higher end experience but not the cadilac washlets that cost 2-3X more. Also the integrated connector feature on the toilet hides all the chords and hoses neatly. This is a GREAT product to get going with the new era for toilets.

I just love this washlet! The toilet itself is great as expected from Toto. I'm still trying to get my millennial son to appreciate the washlet, lol! Requires you to be out of your comfort zone at first, but so worth it! If I could have afforded it, I would have bought one with more features like the automatic flush and seat open but it has all the features I need. the deodorizer is great, no weird smell... just neutral and super nice if you have a bathroom in a small apartment or near a kitchen....absolutely no odor after #2. The position and pressure and heat options are great. As other reviewers noted , it would take a good 2 minutes or more to dry you completely but it's still great with the 3 temperature options.I had a plumber install it and had the electric outlet installed. No issues whatsoever. Works perfectly. Makes so much sense. So much more sanitary and ecological as you will save on toilet paper. And you will feel so fresh.

Having owned many rental units over the years, I've had plenty of hands-on experience with plumbing fittings and repairs. After pondering half a day about why my Toto water connection kept leaking, I did an internet search. It seems this is a common problem with the Toto unit and the parts they provide. Part of the problem is caused by connecting a metal female fitting to a plastic male fitting on the water fill valve, which just invites cross-threading the connection. However, many others also posted about this problem. A common solution proposed is to add a thin brass washer on top of the fiber washer provided. So, now I'll dig through my washer collection to see If I have one that will work, and save a trip to Lowes. ..... I did and it worked!Another issue I have is that the "instruction" manual is very sparse, and in my case, it was spread among several booklets and pages, and never does answer some of my questions.Continuation: My Washlet installation is now complete and we've used it for a couple of months. Previously we had an add-on bidet which ran off the regular household hot and cold water supplies, where pressure and temperture could be adjusted as needed with the bidet controls. The Washlet is self-contained with only a 110v electrical plug, and cold water hook-up required. Here are some of the problems I've found:(1) The water spray pressure is limited to what the small internal pump can provide, since the water is held in a tank in the Washlet. Therefore, the pressure is much less than the pressure available directly from the city water supply, and isn't strong enough to give a good cleaning. Since half the time I use it, residue is left, I am always using toilet paper to finish the job;(2) The heated air dryer doesn't give a strong enough blast to quickly dry the residue water. So, your choice is to sit there waiting for the dryer to finish, or again, use toilet paper;(3) The remote controller has buttons on four sides. Eventually you can learn how to operate it, but the instructions don't go in to the detail necessary. With the low water pressure, the water directional and power buttons don't give as big a benefit as expected.Preference observations: The seat is a bit small for my Western butt; I no longer have a flat lid to sit on or place items on; and I realize that I don't need a heated seat, since room temperature is just right.In conclusion: Don't spend the extra money for all the advertised features which don't actually provide any benefit.

The washlet comes separate from the bottom unit. I received a box for the washlet that looked like it was broken into and taped back up so it took a week or so for them to ship the missing part. Once I received it the install was pretty straightforward and I am thoroughly enjoying my experience with the unit. The bidet/air dryer all function as expected and I've got a great new addition to my guest bathroom.

Because this Toto toilet with washlet performs so well and meeting all expectations I purcased our second Toto and washlet.I highly recommend buying a Toto
