Adhered to paint, metal, and have been pretty durable. No complaints.

Easy to apply
These signs are clear and easy to apply. Just peel off the back and stick where you want. Also used regular scotch tape to apply to an indoor wall which I didn't want to damage with the glue backing.

These do not stick to surfaces well.
I used these signs on clean painted surfaces to indicate as it says FIRE EXTINGUISHER--only to see that in a few days they were lying on the floor. These need a stronger adhesive.
