I love plain water, but this adds a nice twist to it. The flavors are all good and refreshing. I enjoy some more than other's, Strawberry being my favorite. Very easy to pack or carry. This little “single” packet is much too strong for 16 to 20 ounces of water. Personally I get two &1/2 18 ounce cups of water with one packet. Adjust to your taste. Livens up my water.

I made the mistake of not noticing these are caffeinated drink mixes. I shouldn't have caffeine in any major amounts so I dilute these in a extra large bottle. I can't seem to find a box this big of a variety of flavors that don't have caffeine. It is going to take a while to drink these.

I use these as an afternoon pick me up in the office. The taste is very good and there is good variety in the mixed pack. These are easily transportable so can also be great for travel. They are a good value since the large variety pack lasts for quite a while.
