😘👍
I love this kayak! It is very comfortable, easily maneuvered, and stable. My dog's first trip in a kayak was enjoyable for us both because the kayak did not wobble in his first nervous minutes. The Skipjack 90 is an excellent value for the money.con: it cannot be transported on a standard carrier because of the keel, but problem easier solved with a cradle carrier. Many kayakers would probably be able to carry this 46-lb. kayak short distances; but being 5'8" and 114 lbs. (and 69 years old) the width of the kayak made it too unweildy for me to manage alone.

Good fishing platform - lousy seat
We bought two of these and have been on Lake Mead a half dozen times. Love the kayak - hate the seat. Really, the seat that comes with it is worthless. The plastic buckles that keep the seat in adjustment do no hold, for a very frustrating experience constantly readjusting the buckles. We were interested in the Hero Seat offered by Vibe for $99 but it appears to have the same buckles, and if so, it is probably worthless also. There are kayak seats offered by other manufacturers that at least offer an alternative to the low quality offering by Vibe.

It is an excellent fishing platform
This is the 6th kayak my family has purchased - our first Vibe. I bought it based on its advertised length, weight and stability. The Skipjack 90 out performs all other kayaks we won, from our light inflatable to our 86 pound 13' footer. It is an excellent fishing platform.

Great customer service and a good kayak
my headline says it all. Kayak as described and very sturdy in the water. My brother in law got caught in a storm and it was steady and handled well

Loving it, but with a flaw... [Updated]
I've been having a blast fishing local lakes. Light weight, decent tracking, and stability are its strong suits. My only issue was yesterday when I was unlatching the paddle for storage. I heard a "ping" and the metal parts that connect both sides of the paddle were laying on the ground. Writing this review as well as a letter to Vibe to let others be aware and hopefully have this covered by warranty.UPDATE: Vibe responded on a Sunday within 30 min of me writing them. I had a new paddle shipped by 2:00 the next day, no charge. I changed my review from 3-Stars to 5 and wholly recommend this company for their amazing customer service and quality!

Extremely Happy With the Product and Customer Service
My Kayak was delivered in just over a week. It sustained mild damage in shipping but I had a wonderful & pleasant experience with the Kayak Depot support team who was remarkably quick in providing and guidances and resolution to the issue.I took my first paddles on Lake Michigan this past week and am extremely happy with my purchase. I'm 6 feet tall around 200lbs, and the kayak handled perfectly, easy turning and well balanced even in windy, rougher conditions. After having no issues on Lake Michigan I'm excited to test it out on smaller lakes. Great purchase for a beginner like myself. The only thing to be aware of is that the kayak is cumbersome to move by one's self (attaching to car roof/rack, walking kayak down from parking lot to lake ramp, etc...). I was hoping it would be more mobile, but I chalk this up to my own inexperience and am sure there are straps or other products to make this easier.

Very high qaulity.
It’s very stable. I’m 6’3” and 200lbs. I’m a little top heavy for some kayaks. The hatches and rod holders are very convenient. I like the way the hatches fasten tightly. The liners inside the storage areas don’t stay in place very well, but that is really a trivial issue. The paddles are a lot more curved than my other paddles. So far I don’t like them, but I think my poor paddling technique is to blame. They are just different.I’m planning to add a sail kit from Falcon Sails. Falcon says this kayak works good with their sail kit.
