What are the ingredients, they’re in German on the one I have at home. Need to know if it contains lanolin or petrolatum based products?

The first three ingredients are: petrolatum, zinc oxide, lanolin. The others listed are: talc, aqua, panthenol, & so forth.

I dont believe anything. The friend that first gave me Penaten cream was back in 1972 for my then baby girl who had a rash I could not get rid of. This cream worked in two days.
