Q: What is the highest water temperature does it reach?

Setting is 104, mine reaches 105 on the thermometer.

Q: Can anyone post a picture on which side the outlet connection is please? Or explain on which side is it? Thanks in advance

The hot tub requires a 220V electrical connection. The connection that needs to be made is on the same side as the 'control panel'. Please refer to the image which shows where the electrical connection needs to be made.

Q: Does this unit come with stairs?

The spa does not come with stairs, however we do have a recommendation for stairs that match well with the spa. Please do not hesitate to reach out and we can share with you more information.
