Durable

Not Really a Paring Knife
Mostly this seems like a really good knife but it's not what I'd consider a paring knife. I don't have very large hands so it's too large for me to peel veggies and do small jobs easily. Past that it does seem to be a decent knife. It arrived very sharp and does a good job cutting or slicing things. It is very sharp so after cleaning I run it across my sharpening stone a few times to keep the edge for next time. The handle is comfortable in my hand and seems to flow right into the blade. The weight is nice and has a good solid feels to it. It even comes in a very nice packaging in case you'd like to use it for a gift.
