Do legs stay snug to body?

Yes. In my opinion they stay snug to the body. That is actually a requirement for me and one of the reasons I buy this kind of underwear. When they fit properly, as these do, they keep your legs from rubbing together and chaffing or getting sweaty.

Elastic band around leg too loose fitting

Elastic band around leg does not fit tight. Loosens up after 1 wear. Waist fit okay for a 34 waist. Not worth the price. Too cheaply made
