Swanson's is one of my preferred supplement suppliers. I use a variety of supplements and have found this Lion's Mane Mushroom supplement to be beneficial for me. I noticed I have better clarity, focus, and better mood with no side effects. The price is competitive and the dosage is what I was looking for. As with any supplement none are universally effective. Different people can have different results.

I’d been having issues with my memory and concentration. After taking the lions mane tablets, I noticed a significant difference in my memory, concentration and overall mood.

After hearing the guru of mycology on Coast to Coast AM I was convinced as to the importance of mushrooms. That said, it led me to purchase some of that man's stuff as well as this. I took it all together and, honestly, I couldn't tell any difference although there were no negative effects I noticed. I want to believe this is an important natural fungi we can all benefit from. Many believe, some quite dramatically. I simply can't make that kind of judgement however. I recently watched the PBS Frontline expose on the unregulated vitamin and supplement industry. It was an eye-opener to say the least. It may, or may not, apply to Swanson's products as this company was never mentioned. I'd like to think they're more hands-on vetting all of their ingredients for efficacy and purity. I'm still thinking mushroom therapy is a relatively safe and quite possibly powerful way to augment one's health. I'm just not sure exactly what types and combination is the best. I think if you're interested the best thing to do is read up and try various supplements since unlike many others it seems that if formulated with integrity mushroom supplements are likely safe.

Writing the review after taking it for a month now although I am not consistently taking it I usually take it on weekdays n skip the weekends, I feel clear after taking it I don’t feel mental fog, the energy levels stay consistent throughout the day, I have also felt clam most days of taking it, like my mind isnt constantly overthinking things, working on tasks even difficult ones feels clear. Not sure about the long term effects but I think it does work fine havent had anything like this before, I heard about lions mane via Huberman and wanted to try this,

It keeps me focused and relaxed as in tension free at my work, i take it along with ashwaganda capsule once in the morning and evening. Highly recommended for those whose work is on the go. Try it it’s worth the money.
