Better than Fortnum & Mason
I always buy my Christmas Cassis from Fortnum & Mason as I’m partial to a Kir Royale. I missed the deadline for Christmas delivery this year, so searched for Cassis online and found this. Safe to say, I won’t be purchasing the Fortnum Cassis again. This is the best Cassis I’ve ever tasted, and makes fabulous Kir Royale’s.

Very very good
Perfect for a Kir Royale but very nice on it's own. Lovely rich flavour but not sickly. At Christmas I added a shot to ice cream like an Affogato.

Vegan friendly, not quite as sweet as other brands
Bought this so I could make a french martini for my vegan girlfriend. Other 'more popular' brands aren't vegan due to their use of honey however this one is 'vegan friendly.'Flavour is good in a French martini but not as sweet and a little more bitter than other raspberry liquers I have used.

Exceeded expectations.
Delicious! I normally buy Cassis during trips to France but thought I'd give this British brand a go. It is far better than any French brand I've bought. It's a touch sweeter than others I've tried but the sharpness cuts through it perfectly. It's intense but not overpowering. Perfect with fizz for Kir Royales and it's so tasty I've even drunk a couple of shots neat. I'll definitely be buying again.

Delicious
Used in champagne cocktails. Lovely fruity flavour. Also good on its own. Would highly recommend.
