We were reluctant to buy it with the silicone base as we have 2 without but it seems to do OK.

Grabbed this product for my adventure ready griddle, great item. Not as heavy duty as my cast iron one I use on the home griddle, but a lot more portable and gets the job done. Oh, and safe to use on the non stick surface.

This works great for making smash burgers. The handles could use a way to keep them from free flopping around.

It’s perfect for our camping Blackstone setup. Folds flat and light weight.

Didn’t get an opportunity to use because it came in damaged. Could be from shipping. Not trying to undermine the review of the product, but instead warn people that if you buy this from Amazon (I had other items ordered also) it may come by itself as mine did. And they shipped it in one of those flimsy bubble envelopes. Not sure if that is the cause, or if it was damaged at their warehouse. Going to pick up one locally as you can find them everywhere. This is a small - light weight press. Should clean up really easy compared to the cast iron one I have from Blackstone at least as it relates to the silicone/surface. Not sure what type of concerns might come from the hinges/handles. See images for that area. I think that can be cleaned, but may pose a challenge. Others may have spoken to that concern already. If weight is a necessity - this doesn’t fit the bill. Surface area is limited too. Would love it to be twice as wide. Seems like a sturdy surface and the handles flip up/flat easily. I think it will still be a good compromise to have in my camper for bacon/hamburgers and more. Looking forward to replacing/using an undamaged version.
