What are the expiration dates on these?

The "best by" date is on the bottom of each 8-packet carton. In my experience the boxes I've received have had at least 1 year before that date.

I need to see the nutrition label, does anyone have this? Strange that Amazon doesn't show it.

Ingredients: sugar, potassium chloride, onion powder, maltodextrin, monoamonium glutamate, gelatin, beef fat, yeast extract contains 2% or less of silicon dioxide anticaking agent, caramel color, spice, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate*, dextrose, natural flavoring. *adds a dietarily insignificant amount of sodium. As for whether or not you can use it for pre-op and post-op weight loss surgery, I would recommend asking your gastroenterologist or surgeon.
