I received this Pilates kit and was immediately impressed by how complete the set is. For beginners especially, this could be a bit of a barrier. Even a simple card with a QR code linking to demonstration videos or a short workout plan would make a huge difference.That said, if you already have some Pilates knowledge or are willing to look up exercises on your own, this is a versatile and convenient starter set. With just a small tweak to include instructional content, this could easily be a 5-star product.

My daughter wanted to get lots of exercise so she asked for this kit. It is working out great for her. She exercises every day with it. I love the color. It is great for beginners!

This is a nice Pilates and yoga kit. I really like the strap, it's much better quality than I've been using, closer to what you find in a yoga studio. I'm a little mystified by a few of the pieces, but I'm sure if I take the time to learn them I'll find them useful. The Pilates ring itself is smaller than the ones you find in a class, I'm going to take it to my next Reformer class to check them out. But this overall seems good quality and very portable, good for travel.

I love this 13-piece set: came with various resistance bands, from super light to X-heavy. The ball comes deinflated with a straw. I take a class and we will use most of what's in this set. Just as is pictured, everything is included.

This is a nice pilates assortment with good basic equipment. It's great for people who know pilates. I gave it only four stars because there are zero instructions. Not even instructions about how to blow up the ball. Without a specific video or instruction sheet on using these items, a novice could hurt themselves. Anyone with experience using home exercise products should enjoy this kit. I have a lot of physical therapy and adaptive exercise experience. Last night, I tested a couple of the items. This is a fun kit to use to get back in shape in the limited space I have available to work out.

Great quality set for home gym! You can find lots of videos online as well for quick and easy workouts. It's a little pricey, but worth it for an at home set
