Men's Rain Jacket with Hood Waterproof Lightweight Long Safety Raincoat Rain Gear

This is a pretty well made long raincoat. It's of what I would say is a medium thickness material that is stated to be polyester on the item page, but feels a lot like rubbery plastic to me. Not knocking it though! It does the job with keeping the rain from getting me wet. It did cause me to feel clammy while wearing it. There are venting holes for airflow, but the type of material causes a person to overheat easily and thus the clammy feeling. I ordered this in XXL so I would have extra room in case I needed something warmer underneath the coat. It fits me well, but I'm not sure there would be room for a warmer shirt under it. When I tried it on I was wearing a thin long-sleeved top. So the sizing may run a bit small as my normal size to wear is XL, not the XXL that I ordered.It seems to be durable. There are both snap closures and a zipper, which works well. Just using the snaps alone it will open up with more strenuous movements, but the zipper prevents that. There is a hood that is rolled and tucked into the collar and then another zipper to close up the collar. The hat does not have it's own brim and when I was wearing it, it fell down over my face, covering my eyes, so I put a ball cap on under the hood and that solved that. The sleeves have elastic around the wrists to help with keeping drafts and water from entering there. There are two large pockets on the front of it. It comes with a nice zippered bag for storage that makes it easy to take along wherever you go.Over all, I think this is a decent utility raincoat and will recommend it. It will be good for when there are things to do outside, regardless of the rain, lol. Also the price as of 4-7-2025 is quite fair, in my opinion. Not a fashion show item, but a good work / utility raincoat.

I was very hopeful that this would help me work on the Rainy days.But after I tested it for 10 mins just walking down the stairs around my Patio, it ripped a long the bottom by the Leg area.So it doesn't have any Real flexibility for the Larger people or even those who move around enough.I only recommend it for Slim people who would use it just from Office to Car.

It works well to protect against the rain and keep your clothes and pants dry. It's suitable for working outside unless you're doing intensive labor that might tear it.
