When I made an online support for warranty they said that this not an original product
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought such a multimeter and tried it out. The battery was low. A battery that costs Rs. 20 should not be given with it. It is not a good thing to have to replace the battery immediately when buying a new item. Now that I have replaced the battery, the multimeter is working fine. Duplicate Item, Worst Quality
Don't buy, This is a duplicate/fake product. The buzzer sound is extremely lowโalmost inaudible. It is completely useless and a total waste of money.

The product is original and is available in two different colors and prints. The multimeter readings are accurate; however, the buzzer sound could be improved. Protection is good, as it comes with multiple fuses. Overall, it's a reliable product from Mastech!
