Love it! I finally got the pink one I ordered! Worth the wait! It works exactly as expected. It steams up well. What sold me on it from another review was the metal/aluminum well for the water! No dangerous plastic particals here! I only use it on "1", it is enough. Worth the price, plus the extras! (Measuring cup and extractors)Edit: I timed how long it lasts at max capacity and it's about 20 min. On "1"!

It gets the job done for sure but heres a few things to keep in mind . The cord is short so make sure your sitting next to a outlet and be careful don’t let the water spill on you. Also the water tank doesn’t hold alot of water.

I purchased this facial steamer back in September and I finally was able to use it after unpacking and I absolutely love it. It came with everything inside and as pictured. Easy to put together and to use. It open my pores right up. As a plus, I happened to have a stuffy nose and it opened my nasals right up. I’m so happy I made this purchase.

Mine came asymmetrical, which is annoying because you can't rotate it to center it. For $20 I guess I can't expect high quality manufacturing?It gets hot. Yes it steams. However it releases a strong chemical smell when on which cannot be healthy. I guess it's from the plastic burning I'm not sure. I bought a Vicks Vapor Sinus Inhaler and compared it with this. The Vicks product didn't get as hot and also didn't release as much steam, but it also didn't release chemicals smells.This is a no for me. I wanted to like this but this smell is definitely not healthy. I can only imagine the future damage to my health if I continued to use this. Beauty isn't that important to me and I am okay with good old fashioned steaming a pot of boiling water myself and inhaling the steam safely without toxic chemical release. It really should get a 1 star for the chemical smell but since it does actually do what it says, that wouldn't be a fair rating.

I dislike this product.. lots of issues on first use itself..very less stream, maximum you can pour 40 ml of water, on/off light display stopped working in few minutes..after few seconds water started spilling all over power controls ..

I like after u do it your face look clean it steam for about 10 mins b4 you have to add more water i like to steam a little longer where i start to sweat but becaful not to use to much water use the cup it come with becuz the hot water can burn u other then that i have nothing bad to say about it i just used it the other day when i got it so far so good

If you live in Canada or US, you cannot use it at all as the cord end is not for our power outlets. You need a connector to use it.

This product is good for kids. don’t feel much steam for adults. Since my baby can do better with less steam i will keep this product.

The Power On light has already died after 2 months of usage. Not sure if it will last the winter season.There is no place to look for support either.
