Have been looking for these for years. The smell from the packet is wonderful. Use in place of a vanilla pod in say a creme brulee not only do you get such a great flavour but they are very much more ecconomical in conparison. Love Love Love these beans

I love using in anything I bake. You don’t have to use a lot, grate less than 1/4 tsp to 6cups of flour. My bread and pastries smell and tastes great!
