Review: Simple, Soft, Affordable Towels That Dry Fast and Feel Great - Sometimes you just want basic white bath towels that feel comfortable, work well, and don’t cost a fortune, and these honestly exceeded my expectations for the price. I’ve bought a lot of budget towels over the years that felt thin, scratchy, or seemed to stop absorbing water after a few washes, but these have been surprisingly soft and comfortable right out of the package. What I like most is that they strike a really good balance between softness and practicality. They’re lightweight enough to dry quickly, which helps prevent that damp towel smell, but they still feel substantial enough to actually enjoy using after a shower. The cotton feels nice against the skin and they absorb water much better than some of the ultra-cheap towels I’ve tried in the past. I also appreciate the simple clean look. The white color and subtle border detailing make them look much more polished than “budget towels,” and they fit well in both a home bathroom and guest setup. We’ve washed them multiple times already and they’ve held up well without unraveling seams or losing their softness. **Q: Is it recommended these towels be washed before using?**
A: I don’t know if it’s recommended by the manufacturer, but I always do.  I think that washing before the first use removes any surface material that comes with this kind of fabric.  These towels are really nice and very absorbent.

**Q: What are the sizes of each piece in the set?**
A: The Amazon website states the following dimensions:  Bath Towel; 54"x 30:, Hand Towel:  28"x16", and Washcloth: 12"x12".  After laundering these towels, my measurements are:  Bath Towel:  51"x29", Hand Towel: 26"x15" and Washcloth:  11"x11". I hope this helps.

**Q: I am considering the Platinum set.....is it a stone, taupe or gray color?**
A: It's gray.  No two ways about it.  My bathroom colors are an earthy brown and these towels, although I like them, are GRAY.  They don't offer any brown tones.

**Q: What are the dimensions of the bath sheet?**
A: The bath sheet tags and box say 30" x 62", and I measured to confirm.  :)

Weird smell when unpackaged. Soft, normal-sized (not oversized as advertised), absorbent, nice light gray color, but left lint on my skin after 2 uses so I returned them.
