Korg X50 61-Key Music Synthesizer Keyboard

This is my first Synthesizer and i think its the last .. samples - multisamples - programs - OSC - filters - low frequency - FX - Amp Arp .. And i can combine up to 8 programs togather using them togather in one timeif me who made this keyboard .. I would raise it price to more than $1,400

Ok, to start, this thing is pretty cool. Not what I wanted when I bought it, but still pretty damn awesome.I bought the X50 because I thought synths were cool and I wanted to get into them. Turns out I should have just bought an analog synth. I was not prepared for menu diving, and I had no idea what synthesis really was at the time so I was just confused by a lot of things in the menus. But, this thing luckily has a bunch of well made factory presets of basically any instrument you want. The Brite EP sound is one of my favorites, and there's so much potential to make crazy sounds on this thing!I just hate the act of making sounds.It's not totally intuitive so I just end up a bit frustrated and use the presets (which sound amazing for the most part).Now, since I've bought this (about 4 years ago), I've upgraded my equipment and have jammed with other musicians with analog synths, and let me tell you, this thing is trash compared to analog synths. The filter is awful, the VCOs sound like a tin can, and the X50 resonance, while cool, get old and annoying very quickly.Let it be known, however, that before I spoiled my ears with true analog synths, I thought this thing sounded like a godly spaceship. But now I have a Bass Station II and that's my new spaceship...Don't get me wrong, this machine is a monster on the inside and you can do A LOT with it. But if you've played analog synths before and want something like that, this product will make you sad. You'll have fun, but you won't be fulfilled.

Good quality product. Shipped and arrived as promised.Installed out of the box according to instructions.The good thing was that there were no surprises.

Great little light keyboard. Classic KORG sounds

After frying my Korg work station, and finding repair costs to rich for my pockets, I put my trust in the reviews I read on the X50, everything I read was encouraging and the price beyond reasonable. I wouldn't buy this instrument if you need a gig keyboard, Korg put the money into the electronics not the casing, it's light and delicate. If you home record, it will do the job. The sounds can be twiked and there are enough to create interesting combinations. The drum samples seem endless and the pre recorded drum tracks are modern. I usually compose on a piano and orchestrate with the synth. The Korg X50 works for me.

たしかに隅の方にキズと使い古された感じがありましたが、使用するのにはまったく問題ありませんでした。はじめてのシンセの購入でしたが、ネットにあるマニュアル書を読みながら操作覚えれば基本的な操作くらいは問題ないと思います。それでも複雑な操作はやっぱり難しいので、操作については勉強しなきゃいけないかなと思います。音は自分の手でかなり弄れるので自由の幅はかなり大きいかと思います。

A professional keyboard that looks like a toy! When I saw friends using this in a top band, I thought why are they using this? Then when I tried it, I was amazed at the wealth of sounds and functions this keyboard had! A real all-rounder!And I loved it also coz it was so light! So easy to cart around. 10/10 to Korg!

プリセット音源は良いのですが、いちから作成、エディット等は初心者にはちょっと難しいのではないでしょうか。使いこなすにはPCを接続しエディットソフトで編集することをお勧めします。

This is an excellent keyboard for the gigging musician - so thin it fits into a hard rifle case instead of a flimsy keyboard bag - full of modern sounds and beats - also very light to transport

Es gibt EIGENTLICH an dem Instrument selbst nicht viel auszusetzen.Wie auch Andere schon bemerkt haben: Gute Spielbarkeit, kleines Gewicht, einfache und selbsterklärende Bedienung.Was die Sounds anbelangt, habe ich leider zu spät mitbekommen, dass diese GLEICH der TR-Serie sind.Da ich bereits einen TR-61 habe, ist da also nichts Neues dazugekommen.Zudem bemerke ich: KORG hat nachgelassen (!) Wenn man einen "Roland" daneben stellt, verliert KORG haushoch : (Selbst der X 5 aus dem eigenen Hause ist meines Erachtens nach transparanter, weicher und für Musik-Produktionenwesentlich besser geeignet. Dafür ein "halber" abzüglicher Stern.Die andere Hälfte geht an amazon. Wie auch oft schon hier vermerkt: Es gehört sich für ein solches "Internet-Kaufhaus",dass der Kunde darauf hingewiesen wird, dass es KEINE DEUTSCHE Bedienungsanleitung dazu gibt.Ist zwar kein Problem, im Netz was zu finden, aber es macht zusätzliche Umstände, die nicht sein müssen.
