Excellent supplement for the neurological system
This seems to be exactly like Ben Lynch's product and it's good for me on the days I don't eat a lot of eggs

I feel healthier already ;)
I was worried about this stuff, but honestly, it went down really smoothly with yogurt! It tastes nice (not amazing haha, but for a vitamin its not bad!).

Good supplement, terrible packaging
I think this supplement has helped my gut health and energy level. My only complaint is it is thick and hard to pour out of the bottle. I have started to "decant" into a different container using a collapsible funnel for easier spoon access.

Unable to medically measure the difference, the contents is not in best delivery form
Cant feel the difference dont even know what to measure if I used blood tests So only my MOODs would judge this, which is not sufficient for me The delivery mechanism of this supplement SUCKs the taste is almost like motor oil - but essentially no taste Some product is lost in the bottle, so there is some wastage to make it easier to extract, I put bottle upside down in fridge and then it was easy to squeeze contents into 1 teaspoon but it got tricky when the bottle was empty, I ended up heating the end of bottle to get more drainage to end of bottle I would have had to cut the bottle open to get the rest of it. PAIN IN THE ASS

solid product
Good quality PC at an affordable price. Been using this for a few years. It is thick and I just take full cap off to squeeze a bit out. I've never thought it tastes bad, but I usually mix it with a little oil and eat it with my breakfast. It has dramatically reduced my liver pain. I do have to be careful because taking too much can make me anxious and have vivid dreams, but every form of Choline I have tried will do that, and this one does it the least. I don't normally write reviews, but this product has been a lifesaver for me.
