This was my first time purchasing and I have mixed feelings. These little guys are, well, some may say versatile but I’m leaning towards inconsistent. Just having to individually evaluate them is a big downfall, since I have to pick up a cluster of them and press them against my palm with my thumb or index and sort out all the flimsy ones, which seem to significantly outnumber the stiff, pellet-like ones. Cotton pellets...sprinkled in a box of 2k cotton ball minis/ doll house “snow”? I just now got around to sitting down and picking out a big enough batch for my project and the return window closed two weeks ago! Customer service, if you see this, can you please let me know if 1,2 or 3 is generally more consistent with the firmness of each pellet? I’d like to swap this for size 3, even 2 just to see if the larger ones have any more stability overall than these.Other than that, it’s a good product reasonably true to size, clean and very absorbent, shipped on time etc.I will post an update if a small miracle lets customer service see and respond!Would probably make an excellent winter time arts and crafts “snow” project, they are cute.
