Better than the leading brand
Very impressed with this scooter.Bought for a 2.5 year old after she experienced one of her friend's scooters and wouldn't stop talking about it. The other scooter was the mini micro, the leading brand in the UK.I thought the mini micro was good: light and easy to maneuver. When I stood on it, though, the deck would warp and bend so much that I couldn't use it. Quite flimsy, although fine for small kids. The other thing that shocked me about the mini micro was the high price... Even second hand! This scooter is so much better in several ways:1. Half the price of the mini micro. New.2. Much more robust. It is rated to hold up to 50kg, but I am over 70kg and have used it without problem! The deck does not bend at all3. The handle extends to accomodate older children. This is not a feature of the basic mini micro. You need to buy the deluxe model, which is even more expensive. Very easy to adjust with a quick release clip that can be tightened and a mechanical lock when it reaches maximum extension.4. The upright bar for the handle is 'body coloured', a nice touch, which improves the look significantly5. The folding mechanism for the handle is very quick and easy to use. You just pull the black collar up and this unlocks the mechanism. Quite compact while folded. I did not fold the mini micro so can't say whether this is better or worse, although the mechanism on the micro appears less aesthetically pleasing.6. The wheels light up! These seem to work on a dynamo and don't need batteries as far as I can see. They are VERY bright and effective. Wasn't sure whether this was just a gimmick before purchase, but they really add to the experience!7. The double rear wheel appears to help stability and will likely help reduce wear in the long term.8. Greater range of colours available.9. The front of the scooter is not as sharp edged, so any collisions with people hopefully won't be as painful!10. You will see many second hand micro scooters with cracks on the front edge. Ours has been crashed into concrete several times already and no damage yet. I just think the front is a better design on this model. It is heavier than the micro, but this hasn't caused a problem in use for the child at all.The lean to turn steering system works in the same way and is excellent. Handles appear durable yet not hard and very comfortable to hold. Can't comment on long term durability yet, but after a couple hours of use on tarmac, there is no visible wear on the wheels. We have one very happy child who is proud of this scooter.

Great Pink Scooter
Very sturdy little scooter and loved by my granddaughter on her birthday. When the scooter didn’t turn up on the date stated, I contacted the seller whose customer service was excellent. The bike was delivered by Evri a day late in a damaged box but fortunately the scooter was intact. I was unaware that Evri are now delivering for Amazon prime customersotherwise I may not have ordered given problems I’ve experienced with their deliveries in the past. However, was very happy with both the scooter and the seller’s quick response to my query.

Excellent Scooter
I can’t rate this scooter highly enough. After looking and comparing a lot of scooters on here I took the plunge and purchased this one. My son is nearly 5 and I wanted something well made secure and built to last. This is all of those things. I love how replacement parts are available should I need to repair it. Although I’m not sure I will. This scooter is solid and I feel my son is secure on it. For the extra £20 this cost in comparison to the others it is more than worth it! The size variations means my son will be riding this scooter until he is 12! How amazing is that! School runs are now a lot more fun and I recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a scooter.

Brilliant
This is a gift for Christmas so it hasn’t been used yet, but I have taken out of the box and tested it. It’s brilliant. Great size for my 5yr old. Wheels are bright led lights. My son loves the colour green so he will love this!

Solidly built - delighted children
I purchased two of these for my twins since they had outgrown their other more expensive 'M' branded mini scooters. They actually prefer these and so do I. Brightly coloured and solidly built with a stable construction and ample deck to stand on. The lights come on with little effort as they push themselves along the road and the fold away handlebars makes it super easy to store (even though the weight is definitely more than their previous ones). There is also aftercare to my surprise though I haven't needed it and the ability to buy spares. It comes with two allen keys and two spare bolts which is a great thought! The only questionable observation that I have made about these scooters is height adjustability on the handles bars. I have a sky blue one and a day-glo lime green one - the green one has three holes to adjust the height. The Blue version of the same model has one (which is too high right now for my son) so we use the clasp to keep it in place - I would say the green with three height adjustments is better.
