自部屋でのヨガもできるし、マットとして敷いたり、、厚みが丁度良いですよ

トレーニング用兼フロアマットとして購入。インテリアとしてのデザイン性も兼ね備えていて大変良いです。箱から出して床に敷くと、丸まることなくすぐ使用可能な状態に。グリップがしっかりしていて、運動にもリラックスタイムにも適したクッション性なので、日常のあらゆるシーンで活躍してくれそうです。

I have been doing more Yoga of late and thought I would invest in a nicer mat. This one had good reviews and was a bit more expensive so I assumed the quality was higher than my cheap mat.This mat however is not better. It has a very plastic feel to it and when your hands become a bit sweaty they slid along the mat.I was hoping this would correct itself over time as the mat became warn, but weeks later and daily use it has not. I cant recommend this product.
