Most of these are AT&T locked (despite being listed as unlocked). This is in the device factory software, and the seller probably did a factory reset. As such, AT&T disables one SIM. Interestingly it is usually SIM1 that is disabled. Insert a valid AT&T SIM into slot 2 during activation. Run all available software updates (build 10.34.03). Maintain an active prepaid account on AT&T for 120 days, then use the onboard "Device Unlock" app. After device unlock and on most up to date Android, both SIMs will work on all GSM networks. Unless you get a rare global version then SIM1 works only on global frequencies and SIM2 works on North American (Canada, USA, Mexico).

does it have wireless charging ?

Sonim has a 5W direct contact charging dock. This is NOT wireless. It uses the two contacts on the back below the battery door. Also the charging dock is only 5W. The USB-C port is QC 4.0 compatible (20W). The charging dock uses a MICRO-USB connection and costs $60. A replacement port cover costs $13. And why worry about charging? This this has a 2 day battery under hard use. Use it like a phone (no gaming, no video streaming) and get 4-5. Can't upload my screen shot of 80 up time and 7% = 6 hours.
