IQShield Screen Protector Compatible with Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (2-Pack)(Case Friendly) Anti-Bubble Clear TPU Film

I first used this IQ Sheild on my previous phone 4 years ago. I never had a mark or scratch on the screen of my phone. The film is strong, flexible, and provides great protection. I bought the IQ Shield film again 2 years ago to fit my newer phone. It protected my phone even though I have a tremor and drop my phone a LOT! Earlier this year, my granddaughter noticed the film shield is like a sticker and peeled it off my phone. She then put it back on upside down. I did need to replace it, so I tried one of the hard glass type screen protectors made by another company. Within 4 months, both of the hard glass covers shattered. My screen was protected, but I needed to get a new screen shield. I looked up my previous purchase on my Amazon account to make sure I ordered the exact same type of IQ Shield film covers this time. I used to get Otterbox cases because they provide good protection, but I got tired of the bulky, not-cute phone cases. IQ Shield film allows me to use a cuter, less expensive phone case while keeping my screen completely protected. I will definitely purchase IQ Shield screen protectors again when I upgrade my phone. It is relatively easy to apply. It comes with a spray bottle, fabric lens cloth, and squeegee to apply the film. Following the directions, I spray both sides of the film and apply it to the screen. Then I use the squeegee to get out any air bubbles. It is much easier to apply than most screen covers that I've tried.

This whole process was absolutely fascinating. I will start by saying that I am extremely satisfied with the product. It's been on my Note 9 screen a little over a month now and there is no visible sign of wear or scratching. It's incredibly clear, especially compact to the hard screen protectors I tried prior to this product. While there's no way to know for sure whether or not the screen is now in danger of cracking (no major drops thus far, fingers crossed ;-), it sure as heck isn't scratching and it's clear as the day I got the phone. Overall result is totally impressive.I want to add a bit about the process for those considering purchasing one of these for the first time. The first thing to know is follow the directions to the letter. Skip nothing, estimate nothing, paraphrase nothing. Do exactly what the directions tell you to do including the area preparations and clean environment, clean hands (which, given the world's issues right now should already be the case ;-), and certainly watch the video. If I wasn't such an obsessive do-it-right-er I definitely would have either messed this up or quit part way through thinking, "this isn't working at all and there's no way this is going to turn out well." These are the experiences that perpetuate this personal quality, but alas, I digress.The description of the process is spot on... literally. There were, all over the phone, spots, bubbles smudges and after trying desperately to get them out, there were even what looked like scratches. When I finished the process (before the days worth of "curing" that it called for) I felt defeated. It looked pretty darn bad. I figured maybe there was a chance that some of it would improve over 24 hours, but I didn't think for a moment that nearly all of the imperfections - including the scratches I thought I had permanently caused in the protector, would vanish in about a day. The rest, including the pseudo-scratches, all disappeared completely.The result was definitely worth the effort, the video was definitely worth watching, the directions are definitely worth following and the product is definitely worth buying. If you want an invisible layer of scratch protection that has zero impact on functionality and clarity, AND you have the time and patience to do things right... this is your answer. Thanks!

This screen protector is easy to apply and pretty cheap. I gel safe knowing that I won't be scratching the screen with my keys or a card this time. Application was simple. The screen looks great and you can hardly tell it's there.The feel is a bit odd. If you're using a Note 9, the pen won't glide as smoooothly as it originally does. But it's not the biggest issue. If rather have it be protected in case I want to trade it in later.The product comes with 2 screen protectors. The sheet is a bit flimsy once you apply the wet stuff, so you have to make sure to hold it very carefully. It might even help to have a friend help you spray it so you can hold it with two hands as you apply it. I didn't, so then I ended up touching the application side with my fingers. As a result, my finger prints are on the inside of the screen protector. I can't see them when the phone is on, but when it's dark they bother me a bit. So it's not really a big deal, especially since it comes with 2 so you can always reapply.Also, I see that this product is supposed to "heal" itself if it is damaged somehow. I did scratch the front of the protector with my nail as I was trying to get an air bubble out. It repaired itself with time, but not fully, as I can still see the scratch.Overall, this is a good protector to buy if you want to protect the screen from scratches. It's cheap and it works really well. But you will lack protection from fall damage, so it might do you well to invest in something that can help you grip your phone better (I use a wrist strap, tied to my case).
