Nike Free Metcon 6 Men's Workout Shoes

This version of the Free Metcon (Version 6) is by far the best all-purpose workout shoe that I've ever used. I really put my workout sneakers through the ringer; using them 7-days a week for weight training and cardio (3.5 miles/day of incline treadmill). Aside from comfort, being lightweight, and accommodating wider feet (unlike version 5 of the same sneaker), what really stands out about these is their versatility. I've never had a workout sneaker (metcon, running sneaker, powerlifting shoe) that has provided ample stability to perform barbell squats while also being comfortable, flexible, and lightweight enough to do an hour of cardio in. I wish that they lasted me slightly longer than 5 months, but considering what I put them through, these are great value for the money. I've purchased 5 total pairs of these and would recommend to anyone for almost any application.

These were a birthday gift for my husband. He loves the purple color and the style! He says they are VERY comfortable and breathable. He wears them at work and says they provide great traction while still looking good. They have held up well and were a good value for the money. Highly recommend!

Shoes appeared used, had dirty parts around the shoe and a crease. It didn't have the original box and I can tell they've been worn. I paid for brand new not used.

Great shoe for doing indoor workouts. It is very lightweight, stable and can handle the stress of heavy lifts. Don't know why some people complain about the difficulty getting the shoe on, that's what the finger loops are for. I could see having more difficulty if you have a very high arch or wide feet. Nikes tend to run a little narrow anyway so, folks with wide feet will have some difficulty donning the shoe. The snug fit is part of the sock liner design for ankle stability and preventing heel slips. I just wouldn't do a long run in them. In that case, get a running shoe.

I needed a shoe that was multipurpose for working out. This was recommended to me by my friend and I definitely really really like it. It is worth the price! PIt’s very comfortable and useful. Size 12.
