Product contained invalid codes
So I bought this product, it came in a decent time frame, there was no issue with delivery.The actual physical product was in good condition there was no issues with the physical products. However I went to use the digital product, the codes that were contained in the box, but when I went to use them I kept getting a message that the codes were invalid. I contacted the service provider and asked them for possible reasons as to why the codes could be invalid, they provided me a number of reasons, but either way the codes were invalid.I contacted the seller in hopes of getting a replacement / refund for this product and the seller was just so uninterested in resolving the issue.This is the sellers response - 05-Feb-2023 06:55 "We cant issue a refund, So sorry"I ended up needing support from Amazon to resolve the issue, amazon did resolve the issue and I had a full refund because Amazon resolved the issue not the seller, and then the seller had the check to ask me to"Please be kind and delete the bad feedback you left me. It really hurts my track record."I mean not being funny but do not treat your customers badly and then they wont have to leave poor reviews, that while poor are truthful reviews, its really that simple.
