Bought these for my girls who have thick hair. They look very pretty and are secure, last the whole day of playing. Clip is a good length, not too big not too small. Clip quality is great and comfortable, as they have never complained about it pulling or hurting. Only thing I will say is that using these clips for thick hair has its challenges. you will be using less hair in the clip, and it’s only for half ups. Which works fine with us.

I have bought these before because my hair is very thick and these work wonderfully! Very nice and thick, will not break hair ties!

They were all right, but some of them do not want to close properly well that the others worked great

These are fantastic for thick hair. They really hold in place. I have both thick hair and a lot of hair which in some ways is wonderful, in some ways a pain, but these cute barrettes out there just aren't made for my hair and will not hold it. These are tried and true and I've used them for years. That is the other thing, they last for years. I usually only have to replace them because I've lost them, or more likely, one of my cats has stolen one or both of them and they have disappeared. They are easy to use and very comfortable for all day wear.

These used to be the perfect, classic barrette, but not any longer. They were 3 inches, now they are only 2 inches. So they do not hold the same quantity of hair and more difficult to use with thick hair. Please bring back the classic length, Goody! Goody does still have the 3-inch length in the domed metal barrettes, but the flat style is more comfortable than the domed.

I looked everywhere for these Good Stay Tight Barrettes, none of the stores in this area carry them. My hair is thick and the smaller barrettes and pins do not stay in. They are durable and easy to use! I am so glad I found these on Amazon.

I bought these years ago in a store. I am still using the original ones which are in great shape! I found them on Amazon and purchased another set just in case! These work so well. I have long hair and clip it in the back to keep it out of my eyes. I have thick hair and clips keep it in place! Nice variety of designs. Awesome price!
