Safe and Effective
These work. They really do. They allow me to still feel the emotions, but in a way that makes them easier to manage. They really do resolve my more panic-y feelings of stress and anxiety. I don’t take them daily, but I do take them on stressful days, and they truly do help me. The only side effect is lavender burps, which is honestly a bit comical (burps that smell like flowers), but other than that, nothing else. I honestly rely on these, and would recommend them to anyone (especially those who work as teachers like me!)

Literal Lifesaver
This natural way to ease anxiety was literally a life saver for me during a stressful time. The cost and speed it started working and providing anxiety relief was really welcomed. The capsule is easy to swallow and you can tell by the ingredients that this is a top tier product. I've recommended it to so many family and friends who it might help.

Seems to work for anxiety at night!
My therapist recommended this as I'm on Klonipin generic but not something she wanted me to take for an extended period. She did warn me about the Lavender burp as "you'll be a walking essential oil diffuser" 😆 but it's not terrible at all. I've only had a couple and lavender isn't exactly my favorite smell but don't hate it either so it's been fine.I've been taking it around 9PM and while I don't feel euphoric or extra tired, with my anxiety especially at night, it does seem to calm me better. I've not tried this during the day though clinically speaking, I guess two dosage is supposedly well tolerated.Very easy to swallow also as the pill is small. Just a pea size so people who have hard time swallowing pills shouldn't find it an issue as they're also rounder.

Very helpful, but be careful of drug interactions
I haven't had the immediate anxiolytic effects like some people report, but at one pill a day, I feel definite improvements in my overall levels of depression and anxiety. So much so that I felt especially motivated to resolve an interaction problem between CalmAid and my blood pressure medication. Here's what happened.I was excited to see people reporting improvements in their blood pressure. 2020 (the year that just keeps on giving), after many problems, ended with me going on lisinopril for essential hypertension. This drug quickly brought everything under control, so I was dismayed to see my numbers climbing after starting CalmAid which I was taking in the morning with the lisinopril. Careful testing of resting BP revealed a new daily pattern of high-normal morning results, a 20-25 point systolic increase by noon, then by evening a slightly elevated reading of 10-15 points over the morning (all readings taken before meals). A slight increase in BP during the day is normal, but that much of an increase was not normal for me, and my morning readings were trending upwards as well.I didn't want to discontinue the CalmAid, so I experimented with the timing of the doses and found, eventually, that moving the CalmAid from morning to noon while maintaining the current dose of lisinopril in the morning completely resolved this problem. I'm now reading textbook-perfect in the morning with a slight rise by noon of 5-10 points. My evening reading is usually about the same as the noon or a little lower. (And now that I figured this out, I can stop testing so darned much). So, my verdict: it's great stuff, just pay attention. This lavender extract is standardized and has some studies behind it, which is good, but it's not studied in depth yet and new things might come up. If you've got a medication that your life depends on, watch yourself. Even flowers can have unforeseen effects.

Works well
Recommended by my dads psychiatrist to help him relax prior to going to bed. My dad says he has an easier time falling asleep. Like that it is all natural , price is reasonable.

Just as described
Works well and improved my sleep but it did repeat on me with a pleasant lavender taste.

Heartburn
I’m not sure if it’s works for intended use because I’ve only taken one pill. This was suggested to me by my psychiatrist since conventional fda approved meds werent working. I was prepared to take this continuously as I am in a very stressful season of life (my child is battling cancer). Anyways I figured it couldn’t hurt - boy was I wrong. I took this before bed, and it was the ONLY new thing in my routine. The next morning around 9:30am (I had NOT eaten anything yet!) I started getting one of the worst episodes of heartburn I’ve ever experienced- and I’ve been pregnant three times!!! This was NOT conventional heartburn either- it was brutal. I actually almost went to the ER because I thought it was maybe something else (like a heart attack- despite the fact that I’m only 30 lol) but then I was like okay I’ll take some Pepcid and if in an hour it’s still painful then I’ll go in. Luckily, 20mg of Pepcid did the trick. Slowly, but it definitely took the edge off.The pain was so intense- the horrible burning, soreness; a feeling of something being stuck down in my esophagus too. The pain even radiated to my back in between my shoulder blades. After reading others experiences I think I can confidently say it was these pills. Maybe essential oils just aren’t meant to be ingested by some people?
