Definitely works.
I hung 3 whitetail licking branch setups with a 3/8" scent-free sisal rope (that's the key...scent free, no chems especially diesel). Coconut husk rope works too. I separated the last 3" into a bell shape and lightly sprayed it with the Buck Fever Fgland spray and each one has pics like this the first night and each with multiple bucks. Ignore the cam pic date/time...the cam reset itself that day which was actually 21 Sep 2021. But note...I think it's the combo of the rope and spray. I have used this product for several years but on natural vines and I have not received this kind of action until switching to ropes. I think the rope holds this scent much better which in turn helps the scent be more effective. In fact, I have not had any action for 2 weeks this year on a vine set but once I switched to the rope...every night does and bucks are hitting it. Clearly this scent mimics other buck scents and has increased bucks responses and actual visits to these setups.

Smellin' good!
I have used this in past years with the Knight and Hale scrape starter with good results. I have gotten a lot of pics with some really good bucks using it. Changed to a different product this year poor results.

A must for making mock scrapes
I'm usually pretty skeptical about such things, but wanted to start making mock scrapes last year just to test what I've been reading. When I read about this product, it kind of pushed me over the edge to try it. I made 4 scrapes total. All 4 were at the edge of heavy feeding areas. 2 different spots that each had 2 scrapes within 30 yards of each other. I put licking branches above all 4 from branches I cut from the same tree. I used this forehead gland spray on just 1 of the 2 scrapes in each location. In both locations, the scrapes that had the spray was by far the favorite scrape. And, the bucks were definitely attracted to the scrapes with the spray. I'll be trying it again this year, but everything about my test told me the spray was the difference. Great product from everything I experienced...

Doesn’t work
I was skeptical but decided to try this project after hearing a guy speak about it on several podcasts. I made 3 mock scrapes with this product, 2 of the cameras where I had doe activity every day has stopped completely since putting the spray on some licker branches above the scrapes. It’s been over two weeks now and the only animals that have come by are bears and raccoons.

Must be ok
He’s already recommended it to friends….so I guess it must be ok.

Works great
This isn't a gimmick, this stuff works. If you make a scrape in a proper location I can't imagine a scent working better than this one. 10 + years of using Buck Fever Synthetics and I have no complaints.

This product works
This product works well in the woods and witnessed deer tending this licking branch. But sprayer worked for a whole 15 seconds then quit. Got a different bottle to spray with.
