My dog had a sprained paw that was not healing. Wore these for a couple months on our walk and now he is running again! They stayed on great, we only used the softer splint inserts, they come with metal ones for more support. Highly recommend this product for dogs! Just make sure they are not on too tight, it's a balance cause too loose they will shift (not fall off) so the splint support moves to the wrong position, too tight it can cause pain for your dog.

Purchased item: NeoAlly 3-in-1 Dog Split Front Leg Support The flat springs and metal rods do provide additional support for large/xlarge dogs. The only issue I have, is that the product shipped to me was USED. I’ve attached a picture of the all the dog hair and dead skin on one of the braces (right side). It smelled BAD and even after scrubbing on it with detergent, many of the little hairs are embedded and hard to get out. At least the smell and dead skin is gone. Luckily, my dog only needed the left side. Because of this, there is no way I can give the company/product better than 3 out of 5.

Our dog sprained his wrist (carpus). It was difficult to keep wrapping it with a bandage and that process bothered him a lot. These braces Velcro on and come off so easily! They provided enough support that his wrist was able to heal. Care should always be taken to not wrap a limb too tightly or keep a wrap on too long. Also, one of the metal stays bothered his dew claw if positioned incorrectly. All in all, this product was fabulous.

Just a warning to watch your dog until they understand not to chew them up. These were perfect for her legs, but the second I wasn't watching her she shredded them. Darnit, I was hoping she could use them to support her oddly shaped front legs before her growth plates closed, but alas she just tore them up. I don't know why I didn't think she could shred them. They looked pretty sturdily made.

Keeps dogs ankle secure to speed healing. Works well.

I’ve purchased these before, and they previously lasted quite a while. I’m not sure what was different this time, but it’s only been 2 months and the metal support inserts are poking through the tops of the braces and pushing into my dogs front legs. My return window is closed now, but I’ll be reaching out to Amazon.

I ordered this item for an injured dog and the fit worked well, however it shipped without the Rigid inserts, only one set of spring inserts. Upon trying to contact company (per Amazon customer service) they never responded and I tried more than once. Ultimately I processed a return but the replacement had the same issue. This would be good product if it was advertised properly and had good service from company. Again - not an Amazon issue. A NeoAlly issue. I'm using it currently and just doubled up the springs to make it more stable but can only use one brace. If you need both, order something else. Photos show just description on what received (doesn't list rigid) and the actual brace with just a spring insert.

I'm using this product on my Mini-Schnauzer who injured her spine several years ago. The injury affected primarily her left side and although she is able to get around, her left front leg is next to useless. It provides her some balance, but that's about all. I was not aware of this product until recently and decided to give it a try. I've wrapped the band around the lower portion of the affected leg and it definitely seems to be giving her more support. I'm currently using the semi-rigid strips, but plan to try the more rigid ones to see if they offer any more or better assistance. Of course it depends on each dog's particular problem, but in my case, I'm very happy to have found this product. I wish I'd known about it sooner.
