Ordered this Talley rings/base set for my .50 Cal T/C Omega muzzleloader. Fit perfectly. The one-piece design is sturdy and has a simple, sturdy, efficient look. Very good quality and no issues of any kind. This item will also fit the T/C Triumph muzzleloader, as well as their Encore receiver. I have those, and know from experience that they all accept the same base. Rated it 4 rather than 5 stars due to price. Got the best deal here, but price still seems a little steep. Guess the manufacturer is more to blame for that, but it hurts a bit to pay that much for three small pieces of metal and 8 little screws. However, you get what you pay for, so...........

With this mount option and a compact 4x scope, I was able to keep total weight of my Truimph to 7 lbs 2 oz!! For a scope that doesn't need to be removed quickly to use iron sights, this is this best choice on the market in terms of precise fit, strength (4 screws per cap), light weight and streamlined looks.

the good ole boys from talley have a real winner on their hands . dollar for dollar this one piece base and rings is the only way to go on Thompson center muzzleloaders!!!!

talley makes the best mount money can buy have them on every rifle i own. better than leupold in my opion. never have had one probly and i am hard on my equiment.
