切り替えが異常に遅かったり、使い始めたらすぐ壊れたりでなかなかよいKVMに出会えずにいましたが、やっと安定動作する商品に出会えました。 また、「ホットキー対応」と記載されていても動作する機器がなかったのですが、この機器はホットキーが動作します！そういう意味でもとても良いのではないかと思います。 1点難点とすればキーボード接続用のUSBが1.1なのでタッチパッド付きのキーボードなどは正常に動作しないかもしれません。通常のキーボードであれば問題ありません。

モデル『4KSW21-DM』 購入目的： 2台のデスクトップPCを有線キーボード１つ、無線マウス１つを共用し、 マルチディスプレー化すること。 モデル『4KSW21-DM』について 結果：類似品のKVMでいろんな問題が起きている口コミを見ていたので、『4KSW21-DM』で 問題なく簡単に実現できてよかったです。 ２か月使用した印象では総合的にみて、機能の割にコストパフォーマンスが素晴らしいと 思います。 良い点：・KVMモードとUSBモードの2つのモードがあり選択切り替えが可能で便利です。 KVMモードでは、PC1台を選んでマルチディスプレーとして表示、 USBモードでは2台のPCをモニター１台づつに表示されます。 ・HOT Key機能があるので、KVMモードでどちらのPCをマルチディスプレーで 表示するかをキーボードで切替えられる。 本体の切替ボタンを使わなくて良いので将来のボタン故障を心配する必要なし。 ・周辺機器のインターフェースが多い：3x USB 3.0、1x USB 1.1に更に マイク端子、オーディオ端子も接続可能 USBには無線マウス、WEBカメラ、有線キーボード接続しています。問題なく稼働。 ・安定している。ノイズ、ちらつきなどは出ていない。 ・金属製のボディで頑丈にできている。冷却性も高い。熱くなることはない。 ・表示の切替は、数秒（３－4秒位）で気にはなりません。 ・機能の割にコストパフォーマンスが高い。 その他：PCーKVMスイッチ間をDVI-HDMI変換ケーブルで、KVMスイッチーモニタ間を HDMIケーブルでつないでモニターに映像を表示させています。 この変換ケーブルを使うとモニターから音声は出力されないと思っていたのですが、 音声もモニターのスピーカーから出力されました。ラッキーです。 しかし、初めの０．５秒音声が出ていないこと、その後音声は出ていますが １０分後くらいから無音になります。 OSのサウンド設定のボリュームコントロールで一旦ミュートにしてからミュート解除すると 音声が戻ってきます。PC２台とも同じ現象です。 そもそもこのような変換ケーブルで音声までモニターから出せるような仕様ではない ような気がしますが、何が悪いのか（ケーブル？ドライバー？Win11? 他？） 遊び感覚で問題点の切り分け作業をやっているところです。 Webで調べてみたところ、windowsでhdmi使用時に音声の頭切れ、途切れが 起こることがあるとのこと。 特に、KVMスイッチや複数の機器を介して音声信号を伝送している場合、 音声の遅延や欠けが発生することがあるとのこと。 根本原因はわかっていませんが、対処方法として、無音再生ソフトで 「無音」を再生し続ける方法があると知りました。 音声の途切れがなくなり、効果を確認いたしました。 この状態でしばらく使いながら、根本原因の切り分けを続けていこうと思います。

セットアップ中に付属してきたACアダプターが不良（動作ランプが点かずDCの出力が無い）だと判明し、急遽同スペック同サイズの汎用ACアダプターを準備しました。本体はメーカー保証がありますが付属品の保証やサポートは期待出来ないので、海外メーカー製ですしその辺の融通や覚悟は必要です。 ホットキーに関して、Razer の BlackWidow V3 テンキーレスを使用してますがホットキー（TabやCtrlキーで切り替え）が機能しません。Logi の一部のキーボードでも機能しないというレビューを見かけたので、PC側と相互通信するような多機能キーボードなどでホットキーが機能するかは繋いでみるまで分からないと考えておいたほうが良いです。 私はデスクの手の届く位置に本機を置き、本体のボタンで切り替えることで対応しました（本当は見えないデスク裏に設置したかった）。 それ以外は動作も非常に安定しており、内部の鳴きや余計なビープ音なども無く快適に使えています。本体もしっかりした金属製ですし両サイドに通気口もあるため、熱も気になりません。

会社用ノートpcと個人用デスクトップpcを切り替えるために購入しました。どちらもwin11です。 この手の製品を色々試した中で、1番良い感触です。ハブを使用するとciscoのWEBカメラ（USB3.2）がよく動かなくなったり、画面の画質劣化やノイズが発生しますが、この製品は一切問題ありませんでした。 WQHD2画面でしっかり映像も映ります。 切り替えも4秒ほどですぐ操作可能になり、usb接続しているマウスやキーボード、マイクも問題なしです。 気になる点を挙げると、ノートpc出力映像のリフレッシュレートが120から60に下がってしまいました。デスクトップの映像は144でます。 業務に使ううえではリフレッシュレートを必要としていないので問題ありませんが、ちょっと残念です。 また、本体の物理ボタンではなくホットキー(ctl-ctl-enterのような)に対応してたらありがたかった。本製品はおそらく未対応。 色々なkvm付きハブに苦しめられてきたので、思い切って3万円払いましたが、ちゃんと動きます。正解でした。 ---3か月経過後追記 本製品を介してのモニター接続時、G-Syncが使用できないことに気づきました。私の目は節穴なのか、まったく気づきませんでした。 また、そこそこの頻度で、Windows版Apple Musicの起動と停止時にモニター①の映像だけ2秒ほど途切れるという不思議な事象も発生するようになりました。 この製品を使用しないと途切れませんし、Apple Musicを除くソフトの起動停止では発生しないので、とても不思議です。 このような事象が発生しても、他社製品と比較すれば圧倒的にマシなので、不満はないです。

4K@60Hz✕2画面には非対応で、片方が30Hzになります。 他のDP MSTアダプタで4K@60Hz✕2画面できるPCでも、本製品通すとNGです。 話が違います。 海外サイトの英語の取説をみると、 CPU内蔵グラフィクスではFHD@60Hzで使うように、 という、時代錯誤な記載が.... いや、12世代以降は普通に4K@60Hz✕デュアルがDP MSTで可能なんですが.... この製品の出来が悪いだけでしょう。Intelのせいにしないでください。 たぶんCPU内蔵グラフィクス直結のUSB-Cは、DP映像出力とUSB-C映像出力が両方乗ってくるので、 本製品の配分がまずくて(USB3.0を優先して)、 4K@60Hz✕2画面を通せなくなり、片側30Hz担ってるんじゃないかと思います。 これ、発売から1年経つけど、 海外にもちゃんとしたレビューがないんですよね。 本当にがっかりです。 各PCとの接続をUSB-Cに集約して4K@60Hzのデュアル構成で切り替えたい場合は、 4K@60Hz✕2に対応したDP MST HUBを2台のPCにつけて、 そこからHDMIx2のデュアル対応KVM SWITCHをつなぐしかないようです。 で、それをやると、配線がめちゃくちゃなことになります。 (HDMIケーブルX6、USBx2、ACアダプタx3, HUBx2) なので、本製品の意味があったのですが、 普通のPCでは 4K@60Hz + 4K@30Hz にしかならなりません。うぇ... それを承知で買ってください。

iDock C20を購入しました。同梱ケーブルで接続ができず（接続と非接続を不安定に繰り返す状態）であり、カスタマーサービスに連絡したところ、Kevin-sanという方からUSB3.2 GEN2ケーブルを使用してくださいとの指摘があり、自前のケーブルで問題解決しました。対応は丁寧＆動作感にも満足しており星５にします。

元々C12を使っていたのですが、紆余曲折ありこの商品を購入しました。 ドッキングステーション＋KVMの機能を実現している製品が少ない中で、基本的にはユーザー思っている様な形で使える製品だと思います。 ただ一つ難点としては、D-portとHDMIの入力をHDMIに出力しているのですが、1週間に1回位起動時に画面が真っ青で何も映らない時があります。この時はケーブルの抜き差しor本製品の電源抜き差しで改善するのですが、ここだけちょっと惜しいです。この不具合さえなければ★5なんですが…

ようやく求めていたノートPCとディスクトップPCの切り替えが出来るKVMにたどり着いたと思い、商品が到着し早速繋げてみると最初は問題なく表示されていたので良い買い物をしたと思ってた矢先、最後にLANケーブルを接続したところUSBーC接続のノートPCがディスプレイに表示されなくなりノートPC自体もフリーズ。PCの再起動や本製品の電源抜き差しにケーブルを変えたりと色々試してみたがその後表示されることなく諦めました。電力不足でしょうか？本製品の発熱も凄くて長時間使用に耐えうるのか？と心配にもなりました。残念ながら返品処理することに。求めているKVMはいつになったら手に入るのでしょう・・・

Quite expensive, but it is very good...no issue at all

The AV Access iDock-C10 has been a practical solution for managing my dual-system setup. I regularly switch between an M1 MacBook for work and a Windows gaming workstation, and finding a KVM switch that supports both consistently has been challenging. After trying several other options with limited success, I had resorted to using two keyboards and mice alongside switching inputs on my main display. The real challenge always seems to be passing the EDID for the Mac through a peripheral, and this dock just hasn't had that issue, and consistently passes accurate display information to the Mac. The iDock-C10 has made a noticeable difference and freed up a lot of space on my desk. The setup was straightforward, and it works reliably with both machines. The USB-C connectivity is particularly convenient for the MacBook, allowing for video, power, and data transfer through a single cable. Even though the Apple silicon machines reintroduced an dedicated HDMI out, it's nice to just have one cable to dock it. Switching between devices is quick, and I haven’t experienced any connectivity issues or delays beyond the an expected brief moment for the keyboard and mouse to re-engage when being accessed by the alternative machine. I do appreciate the fun trick of being able to mount an external drive to one, eject it, and then have it show up on the other. A little thing that I wasn't even looking for. I will mention that I use a single display externally, and I believe this might not support two separate displays (from my mac at least) from the documentation. So keep this in mind. My set-up actually calls for a duplicated display because I send it to a projector to do video/media work in my home studio. So, the way this outputs from the mac is a feature for me, not a limitation! I really appreciate the compact design, which keeps my workspace organized, and the device handles peripherals like my keyboard and mouse without issue. I really prefer a full mechanical keyboard, and this has allowed me to keep only one out... with a little special key remapping on my Mac, I use the one I got with my tower. While no device is perfect for everyone, the iDock-C10 has been a solid addition to my setup and has streamlined my workflow significantly. It’s definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a reliable KVM switch for a mixed Mac and Windows environment. For me it's been a five-star experience, and a real relief to have found something that does what I need without a lot of consternation. Would get again.

**Update - works great. Instructions in package were wrong but pictures online made it clear. Need 2 hdmi in to make the hdmi out work (instructions sent said only 1 hdmi in was needed). ** Only monitor A port works. Monitor B doesn’t work. I switched the monitors and only the one plugged into A works. I’ve checked to make sure it’s in KVM mode and not usb. The whole reason for buying this is so I could use dual monitors for both work and home computers.

Amazing product - Just not suitable for me as a Mac user, I need multiple displays for work not mirrored. Looking forward to the iDock M10 soon. Massive thanks to Johnny, from AV Acess for the support. Always contact support before you attempt to refund.

I’ve been using this KVM for a a couple of weeks now multiplexing between 2 monitors and my Windows PC and my Macbook Pro, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. Here’s a quick breakdown of my experience so far: Form Factor: - The design is sleek and modern, which I appreciate. It actually looks nice on my desk, unlike a lot of competitor brands out there. At about twice the height of my previous AVAccess KVM (visible on the bottom left in the picture), it’s a little too tall to fit under my desk stand though — I wish it were just a bit shorter. - One minor annoyance is with the supplied cables — unplugging the middle or bottom cables is tricky. You have to press a release lock on top of the cable head, but it’s hard to do that without first unplugging the top cables. Features & Performance: - Switching inputs is fast — faster than my old AVAccess KVM, which is great. There's no flickering so far, which was an issue with some other KVMs I’ve tried - I’m a fan of all the extra ports: headphone jack, SD card slot, USB ports on the back for a webcam or monitor hub. My old KVM didn’t have a rear USB port, so I had to awkwardly route my webcam wire around the unit. This is a small but really nice improvement for wire management. - One feature I miss: a power button. It’d be nice to have the option to turn it off without unplugging it. - I haven't had it for very long yet, so time will tell how reliable it is. If it breaks down before the warranty is over, I will definitely update my review with my experience. Compatibility: - It’s DisplayPort (DP) only if you’re using a laptop, which is a bit of a pain for MacBook users like me. I had to buy some Thunderbolt-to-DP cables. I get why DP was chosen, but it would’ve been nice if 2-3 adapters were included in the box. - My Apple keyboard works fine in every USB slot except the dedicated USB 1.1 keyboard slot. It worked fine in the USB 1.1 port on my older AVAccess KVM. Sometimes I have to play USB port roulette a few times to get it to connect properly. - Occasionally, it seems to interfere with my WiFi. Even though I’m not using the Ethernet port, I’ve had to restart my computer or switch inputs back and forth to get my connection back. - One more downgrade from the previous model: no dedicated mic input port this time. Not a dealbreaker, but something I noticed. Overall, this is a really solid KVM switch with a lot of thoughtful improvements over my previous model.
